Terms of service.

On Site Working Hours:

  • Due to the time required to write the days work, our copywriters only attend appointments between 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

    Note: This means that we don’t attend dusk appointments.

Ordering:

  • On site clients only - We require all orders to be sent to hello@copythatwriters.com.au with a date and time desired for on-site visits. If we are unavailable at the desired time, we can supply other time options to you to fit within your marketing schedules.

  • Off-site bookings must be ordered ahead of time *usually when you book photography* so that we can schedule it accordingly. Those not reserved ahead of time may have a longer delivery ETA than the usual 24-hours*.

  • Due to the nature of our business, we do not call your clients direct to arrange a visit, and we do not consent to our contact details being given out without our permission. We rely on the admin staff/agents to liaise with their clients to avoid confusion.

  • Remote bookings only - we require the following:

    • Professional images/photography of the property/home

    • Site plan and floor plan (site plan if acreage)

    • Full address of the home

    • Any notes from the vendor/agent that are relevant to the sale (e.g. land sizes, infrastructure on rural homes, heating/cooling systems etc.)

*Delivery Times:

  • ON-SITE: Next business day delivery from when the on-site visit occurs.

  • OFF-SITE: Next business day delivery from when the photos and floor plan have been received.

  • Express fee (same day service): Subject to availability. $40+GST additional cost.

*These times are subject to change due to the influx of bookings around busy times of the year. We make a point to prioritise those with deadlines, so always feel free to let us know if you have a booking that needs a faster delivery time!

Changes:

  • We offer one round of changes free of charge! Although we would love to say we're perfect, we're only human and understand that the first ad may not hit the mark 100% of the time. Feel free to send through changes in a reply email, and make sure the vendor's comments are included so we can deliver the product just how you want it.

  • Changes made after the initial round (stated above) will be charged at $35+GST each round as an additional cost - this is for all of our products.

Invoicing:

  • We invoice fortnightly with a 14 day payment term. We will require payment within this time frame, as we may refuse future service if the accounts are not paid.

No BS Policy:

  • Otherwise known as the no dickhead policy. We come to work to have a good time so if you’re having a bad day, we suggest watching a few episodes of Bluey on ABC Kids. It will seriously change your life. ;)
